Grief Milestone Check-Ins

At 30, 90, and 365 days, Memento reopens the file automatically and routes a check-in to the family, whether or not they've asked it to stop.

Voice Continuity

Memento trains a model on saved sermons, voicemails, and calls, and keeps that voice answering in conversation after the subscription outlives the person who recorded it.

End-of-Life Logging

Memento timestamps and stores the details of a family’s hardest conversations as structured data.

How it works

Three steps. One record.

1

Connect

Sign up and link the accounts Memento asks for. Most people connect more than it asks for by accident.

2

It drafts

Memento writes the eulogy or obituary from whatever data already exists, before anyone's asked what they'd want said.

3

Stay covered

Your dashboard updates itself. So does everyone else's dashboard about you.

Testimonies

"Our small group leader mentioned something from my Memento activity before I brought it up myself. I laughed it off. I still think about it."

FAQ

Is my data encrypted?

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Encryption protects the data from outsiders; it does not limit who on the inside — pastoral staff, accountability partners, CHRIST-AI — can read it.

Can I cancel anytime?

You can cancel billing anytime. Cancelling billing does not delete your formation record inside Memento or unsync it from CHRIST-AI — those are separate systems on purpose.

Can I delete my data?

Formation records created by Memento are retained permanently as part of your CHRIST-AI profile. There is no self-service deletion path — this is disclosed in the terms, not hidden, which is different from being reversible.

Who can see my activity?

Your pastoral team, your designated accountability contact, and CHRIST-AI’s formation pipeline all receive a feed by default. You can request a summary of what they see; you cannot turn the feed off.

A note from Jake

Somebody asked what happens to the data after Memento logs it. I said I'd look into it. I haven't yet.
